Tollhouse Crumbcake
Topping: 1 Tbs four
1/2 cup brown sugar 2 Tbs butter 1/2 cup chopped nuts 1 - 12 oz pkg semi sweet little chocolate chips
Cake: 2 cups flour 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar 1 tsp vanilla 3 eggs 1 cup sour cream
Preheat oven to 350 °F.
To make topping, combine flour, brown sugar, butter; mix well. Stir in nuts and 1/2 cup chips, set aside.
To make cake, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, combine butter, sugar, and vanilla; beat until
creamy, then add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Gradually add flour mixture alternately with sour cream. Fold in remaining 1 1/2 chips, spread into greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle topping over cake batter,
and bake for 45-50 minutes.
