Pumpkin Bars
4 eggs 2 small cans (14 oz?) pumpkin (just pumpkin, not the pumpkin pie filling) 3/4 cup oil 2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. baking powder 2 cups flour 2 cups sugar
Preheat oven to 350 °F. Mix all ingredients together, spread in 9x13 pan. Bake for 30 minutes.
Icing
1/2 cup margarine 8 oz. cream cheese 1 lb. powdered sugar 1 tsp. milk 1 tsp. vanilla
Mix all ingredients together, spread on cooled bars.
