Peanut Butter Blossoms

1 3/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 egg
2 Tbs milk
1 tsp vanilla
chocolate kisses

Preheat oven to 375 °F.

Combine all ingredients except candy. Shape teaspoonfuls of dough into balls, and roll in sugar. Bake 10-12 minutes. Top each cookie with candy kiss immediately after they are removed from the oven. Let cool.
