Lemon Bars
2 cups flour 1/2 cup powdered sugar 1 cup margarine 4 eggs 2 cups sugar 1/2 tsp baking powder 4 Tbs flour
6 Tbs. lemon juice
Preheat oven to 350 °F.
Mix flour, powdered sugar, and margarine; spread in 9x13-inch pan. Bake 20 minutes. Beat eggs until light; add sugar, baking
powder, and flour gradually; add lemon juice, beat well. Pour on top of baked crust, and bake 25 minutes. After baking, sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
