Hot Fudge Pudding
1 cup flour 2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt 3/4 cups sugar 2 Tbs cocoa 1/2 cup milk 2 Tbs margarine, melted
1 cup nuts 3/4 cups brown sugar 4 Tbs cocoa 1 3/4 cups hot water
Preheat oven to 350 °F.
Combine flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and 2 Tbs cocoa in bowl; stir in milk and melted margarine. Blend in nuts. Spread in 9X9
pan. Sprinkle with mixture of brown sugar and remaining cocoa. Pour hot water over batter.
Bake for 45 minutes. Serve warm with whipped cream.
