Chocolate Mousse
1/2 lb. sweet chocolate 1 square unsweetened chocolate 4 eggs, separated 4 Tbs. sugar 4 Tbs milk
1 pint whipping cream 1 tsp. vanilla
Melt chocolate in top of double boiler. In medium bowl, beat egg yolks, and add sugar gradually.
Add yolks and milk to melted chocolate, and stir until smooth. Pour into large bowl and cool. Beat egg whites until still and fold into chocolate mixture. Whip cream and fold into mixture with vanilla. Pour into souffle dish and chill thoroughly.
